Britannia House, Station Crescent

Britannia House before and after restoration

Re-instatement works were carried out to this property to bring the property in line with the neighbouring property Marlborough House. Both properties had lost their balconies over time and the aim of the THI grant was to re-instate them. The existing balcony was repaired and the timber balustrading re-instated.  A missing roof finial was also re-instated along with stained glass to the flat entrance door.
