Located on the main thoroughfare through the town this property was renovated with minor works. Works included the repointing of side elevation and patchpointing to front elevation to combat water ingress which was a problem affecting this property; repair and redecoration of the front dormers; repair/replacement & Reinstatement of a sash window to the side elevation which had been lost over time and replaced with a modern casement window.
